Alicia Lilly has over 15 years of work experience in the financial industry. Alicia began their career in 2007 at Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, where they held various roles such as Teller and Financial Service Representative. In 2013, they joined TEG Federal Credit Union and held positions as Consumer Loan Underwriter, Consumer Loan Supervisor, and Consumer Loan Manager. Alicia then became the Manager of Special Projects, overseeing projects credit union-wide. In 2018, Alicia was promoted to Vice President of Risk Mitigation & Compliance at TEG Federal Credit Union. Prior to their financial industry experience, they worked as a Keyholder at Icing and as a Student Page at Grinnell Library.

Alicia Lilly attended the State University of New York at Oswego for Human Resource Management in 2008, but did not receive a degree. Alicia then attended Dutchess Community College from 2009 to 2010, obtaining an Associates degree in Business Administration. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Business Management at SUNY New Paltz.
