Lisa W. has over 11 years of work experience in various HR roles. Lisa is currently the Head of People & Culture at Tegel Foods Ltd, where they are responsible for developing and delivering HR strategies. Prior to this, they worked as the National HR Operations Lead at Tegel Foods Ltd and led regional HR teams to provide generalist HR services. Lisa has also held roles at Fletcher Building, Frucor Suntory, SGS, Coca-Cola Amatil, Broadspectrum, TVNZ, Fonterra, OCG Consulting Ltd, and Law Staff International. Lisa'sexperience includes leading HR functions, partnering with business units, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Lisa W. has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The University of Auckland, where they studied Law. Lisa also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the same university, with a focus on Employment Relations, Human Resources, and Philosophy. In addition to their degrees, Lisa is certified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand by the High Court of New Zealand, which they obtained in March 2009. Lisa has also received a certification as an HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) Certified Practitioner from Herrmann.
