Sophie Shaw

Sophie Shaw is currently serving as General Manager - Technical Services at Tegel Foods Ltd since January 2023. Previously, Sophie held the position of General Manager Technical at Emerald Foods Ltd. from April 2019 to December 2022 and worked as a Consultant - Quality Manager at Lamprint Packaging, where BRC Packaging Standard was implemented, achieving an AA grade. Sophie has extensive experience as an Independent NPD and Technical Consultant from September 2013 to December 2018, and also as Technical Manager at Groenz Limited, overseeing NPD and Quality teams. Further roles include Product Development Manager at Farrah Breads Ltd., NPD Manager at Maxinutrition - GSK, Senior Food Scientist at International Food Network Ltd., Product Developer at Bakehouse, and Development Technologist at New Covent Garden Food Company. Sophie holds a BSc Hons in Nutrition and Food Science from Oxford Brookes University.
