Britt Arnold

Britt Arnold (Tegeler) has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they founded and became the President of Tegeler Construction & Supply, a construction material supplier that specializes in infrastructure projects. At Tegeler Construction & Supply, Britt focuses on providing lumber, precast, pipe, and affiliated products from their 100,000 SF distribution warehouse in Baltimore. Prior to this, they worked at Merritt Properties, LLC and Merritt Construction Services in the development department from 2014 to 2016. In 2013, Britt served as the Corporate Relations Manager at Louis J. Grasmick Lumber Company. Additionally, in 2023, they started co-hosting the Love 'n Business Podcast with Mick, where they explore the dynamics of business, love, and play as partners in both business and life.

Britt Arnold (Tegeler) holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University, which was completed in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut, graduating in 2009. Britt also attended McDonogh School before beginning their undergraduate studies in 2005.
