Tim Haflich is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background in the medical device and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Tegra Medical since April 2021, Tim has held various significant roles, including Assessor for Regulatory Services at BSI and Quality Engineer at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics. Tim's expertise encompasses quality system management, regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA), process validation, and project leadership in new product development. A graduate of Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Tim has built a comprehensive career focused on achieving and maintaining high standards of quality across several organizations, including experience in consulting, training, and audits in multiple quality systems.
