Carolyn Steffan

Carolyn Steffan is the City Clerk / Administrator for the City of Tehama. She retired as Superintendent of the Los Molinos Unified School District where she had attended elementary and high school as a student. Previously she was a teacher and then teaching-principal at Vina Elementary School. She received her B.S. and teaching credential from the University of California at Davis and taught in Yuba City prior to returning to Tehama.
