Kathy Tiss

Kathy Tiss has over four decades of experience in accounting, with a significant tenure at the Tehama County Department of Education since July 1983, where Kathy holds a position in accounting and payroll. Prior to this role, Kathy worked at the Tehama County Welfare Office from 1974 to April 1976, also in accounting. Kathy earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Shasta College between 2000 and 2003.
