Tracy Hopper

Tracy Hopper is a volunteer in her time at Bidwell Elementary in the classroom and with the Bidwell VIBES parent group where she is currently the Treasurer. Tracy helps to raise funds to support children’s field trips and assist the school in funding children in need of basic school necessities such as crayons, books, playground equipment, and even shade structures.
