Bradley F. has over 16 years of work experience. Bradley began their career in 2004 as an Electronic Technician I at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., where they provided software orientation for end users and generated purchase request documentation and consultation for I.T. In 2008, they joined QinetiQ North America as a Computer Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for Windows Server 2003 installation and configuration, Autodesk Data Management Server (ADMS), DHCP server, and Internet Information Services (IIS 6). In 2010, they became the Owner of Oxide Solutions, LLC. In 2015, Bradley F. returned to work as a DevOps Systems Specialist at BlackBerry, where they were responsible for Linux and Windows administration within an Open Nebula cloud infrastructure, supported development operations for the BlackBerry Identity (BBID) and Enterprise Identity (EID) products, and maintained server infrastructure of over 400 VMs. In 2016, they held the same role at BBM. In 2017, they became the IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager at The Hotel Communication Network Inc. Finally, in 2020, Bradley F. joined Tehama as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they were responsible for AWS cloud based deployments and automation across the world, ensuring SOC2 compliance, working with the team to implement proof of concept for new cloud architecture on OCI, and leading a geographically diverse Ops team.

Bradley F. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer and Information Systems from ECPI University between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates in Science from Trident Technical College between 2003 and 2009.
