Henrik Kutberg

Henrik Kutberg serves as the Startup Sector Manager and Expert on Startup Policy at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia since March 2017, focusing on the growth of Estonia's startup ecosystem and capital market. In addition, Henrik has contributed as an Expert on Financial Instruments, coordinating financial support initiatives through KredEx, and as Chief Specialist on Monitoring Foreign Financing, overseeing policy measures funded by EU structural funds. Current board memberships include Tehnopol and Sparkup Tartu Science Park, alongside a past role with MassChallenge. As a Fulbright Fellow for Economic Development, Henrik expanded the startup ecosystem network in Greater Boston. Previous experience includes advisory consulting at EY and an educational background with a Master's degree in Public Administration and Innovation from TalTech, alongside various specialized studies in economic development and governance.
