Kristiina-Maria Ploom

Kristiina-Maria Ploom is a Project Manager at Tehnopol since April 2023, specializing in innovative smart city projects and export of smart solutions across various regions. Concurrently, Kristiina-Maria serves as an Evaluator for the Haridus- ja Noorteamet, assessing European Solidarity Corps projects. Previous experience includes roles as Health Tech Project Manager at both the Estonian Connected Health Cluster and Tehnopol, focusing on health tech project management and client relations. From October 2018 to December 2020, Kristiina-Maria was an Evaluator at the Archimedes Foundation. Additionally, Kristiina-Maria held the position of Program Manager at the Estonian School of Diplomacy, managing student recruitment and bilateral cooperation projects. Earlier experience encompasses coordinating support services at the Estonian Refugee Council and involvement in volunteer projects in Kyrgyzstan and Estonia.
