Alan Waddington

Alan Waddington began their work experience as a Welding Engineer at Senior Green Limited in 1988. Alan then worked as a Senior Mechanical Construction Engineer at Senior Thermal Engineering (Construction) Limited from 1990 to 1997. Following that, they worked as a Southwest Regional Manager at Thermal Engineering International Limited from 1997 to 2000, and then as a Southern Regional Manager from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they became a Non-Exec Director at TEI Limited, and later transitioned to a role as Company Director in 2007. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at TEI Limited starting from May 2016.
