Stefano Lusardi has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Stefano currently serves as a Tech Lead at TeiaCare & ANCELIA, where they are responsible for leading the development of an artificial intelligence system for long-term care. In this role, they utilize their expertise as a Senior C++ Computer Vision Engineer to work on a contactless continuous monitoring system for the healthcare industry. Before that, Stefano was a Software Engineer at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, where they worked as a software consultant in an agile team. Stefano contributed to the development of two complex desktop applications used by aircraft pilots for flight planning, performance calculation, route optimization, air fleet management, flight simulation, and training. Stefano utilized modular plugin architecture and continuous integration systems to customize the software for different customers.

Stefano also gained experience as a Software Engineer at TXT e-solutions, where they worked on the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) project for C27J aircrafts. Stefano developed the Electronic Check List (ECL) client application, enabling real-time interaction between the aircraft and the on-board crew.

Additionally, Stefano has worked as a Sound Designer at Milestone s.r.l., where they used Firelight's FMOD audio middleware technology to work on various game projects, such as Valentino Rossi The Game, MXGP2 The Official Motocross Videogame, Ducati - 90th Anniversary The Official Videogame, and Ride2. Stefano performed a wide range of tasks, including pipeline definition, voiceovers management, scripting, utility tool development, XML query, database management, interaction with 3D game engines, recording and editing, sound effects creation, requirements and documentation, and testing and debugging. Stefano utilized FMOD, JavaScript, Python, and Perforce for these projects.

Stefano Lusardi's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Politecnico di Milano to pursue a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Informatica, specializing in Ingegneria informatica. Stefano completed this program in 2013. Additionally, in May 2013, Stefano obtained a TOEIC certification from the TOEIC® Program. Stefano then continued their education at Politecnico di Milano and attained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Sound and Music Engineering.
