Kostya Bazanov

Kostya Bazanov is a Managing Partner and ServiceNow Principal Architect at Teiva Systems, specializing in consulting, architecture, implementation, and support for ServiceNow solutions since September 2021. With extensive experience in leading the DACH practice, Kostya focuses on core services such as professional support, technology advisory, digitalization via low-code/no-code platforms, and hyperautomation. Previously, serving as a Senior Manager and Lead Architect at Deloitte from April 2016 to August 2021, Kostya drove substantial revenue growth through ITSM and ITOM project implementations. Prior roles include Consultant and Solution Architect at exccon AG, Associate Consultant at SERVICEWARE SE, and Technical Sales and Distribution at MegaSensor GmbH. Kostya holds a Diplom in Computer Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, attained in 2008.
