Rui Serra Palma

Rui Serra Palma currently serves as the Head of HR at Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources and management from previous roles including Board Member and Country Manager at TDGI, S.A. in Spain, and Human Resources Manager in Qatar. Rui also held senior positions at Recolte Servicios y Medioambiente and Teixeira Duarte, S.A., where responsibilities included directing professional development and training initiatives. Earlier in professional history, Rui was involved in training management at Citeforma and Gesticoopfor, and pursued a successful athletic career with Sporting Clube de Portugal. Rui holds a Master's degree in Sports Psychology and a Licentiate degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Lisbon.
