Jim Zoladz

Jim Zoladz has extensive work experience in executive and operational roles. Jim currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Tejvi Holdings Franchise Group. In their previous role as Senior Vice President of Operations at The Joint Chiropractic, they developed an operational structure for a newly formed franchise group and implemented strategies to improve performance and achieve goals. Prior to that, Jim worked at Massage Envy as the VP of Operations and as a Franchise Brand Regional Manager, where they oversaw the expansion and acquisition of clinics and ensured operational and financial success. Jim also worked at MVP Management / HRP Investments LLC as the Executive Vice President, where they built and developed a high-performance operational team and achieved significant revenue growth through affiliations with national platforms.
