Joanna Christodoulou

Joanna Christodoulou is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at TeKnowledge since July 2024, while also holding the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Tek Experts since June 2019. Previously, Joanna was the Senior Global Legal Counsel at YNV Group until November 2024, and the Head of Legal at NICOSIA MALL from December 2017 to June 2019. Joanna began a legal career as a Commercial Legal Advisor at MTN from December 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included contract management, compliance, and litigation. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Advocate at Georgallis & Syllouris Advocates from December 2011 to November 2014 and as a Junior Lawyer at Christos Hadjiloizou & Co Advocates in 2009-2010, dealing with various areas of law. Joanna holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Democritus University of Thrace.
