Long Nguyen Duc possesses a diverse background in quality assurance, customer service, and business management. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tek Experts since November 2021, Long collaborates with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and manages dual Lines of Business effectively. As a Co-Founder of Leo's cocktail & co since June 2020, Long oversees financial management and operational activities. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative at Tek Experts, where Long handled customer inquiries and provided technical assistance. Long also has experience as a Sales Executive at ExperTrans Global Corp, where client relations and understanding customer needs were paramount. Long holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Viet Nam National Economics University.
