Sunil Chopra

Sunil Chopra has extensive work experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Sunil is currently the Head of Global Operations at Tek Experts, where they lead diverse teams and oversees hiring, learning and development, quality, operation excellence, workforce management, and pricing globally. Prior to this, they worked at Concentrix as a Senior Director and Global Practice Leader for New Age Tech, driving product development using artificial intelligence and machine learning. Sunil also served as the Director and Regional Innovation Leader (India, ASEAN, and ANZ) and as the Global Training and Quality Leader (Associate Director) at Concentrix.

Before joining Concentrix, Sunil worked as the Vice President of Quality (India & Sri Lanka) at Aegis Communications, where they focused on redefining and reimagining the quality landscape for delivering excellent client experiences. Sunil also held the position of General Manager - Strategic Quality (Six Sigma, Transformation, Change Management) at IBM Global Business Process Services, where they led strategic initiatives and implemented efficiency projects.

Their earlier work experiences include positions such as Business Leader (Senior Manager UK Telecom Client) at Convergys, Six Sigma Black Belt at EXL Service, Team Leader Operation Excellence at GE, and Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Citicards.

Throughout their career, Sunil Chopra has demonstrated expertise in driving business improvements, change management, innovation, and customer experience practices. Sunil has also successfully led various improvement projects and achieved cost savings.

Sunil Chopra received a Bachelor's degree in BBA from Annamalai University from 1994 to 1997. During the same period, they also obtained a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Jaipur. Sunil is currently pursuing a degree in Leadership with AI from the Indian School of Business, starting in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Sunil has completed courses such as Agile Foundations, RPA: Automation Anywhere, and RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, all obtained through LinkedIn. Sunil has also achieved the Certified Master Black Belt (MBB) certification from the IMC Institute.
