Alex Goodall

Alex Goodall is an experienced mediator and human resources professional with a diverse background in employment relations and mediation. Currently serving as a Mediator at the New Zealand Human Rights Commission since July 2022, Alex provides expert problem-solving support for various issues. Previously, Alex held the role of Employment Mediator at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment from January 2018 to July 2022, aiding parties in resolving employment relationship challenges. Alex has also contributed to healthcare HR as an HR Partner at HHL Group; served as an HR Advisor at PayGlobal and the Department of Corrections; and worked in various HR roles in earlier career stages. Academic credentials include a Graduate Diploma in Dispute Resolution from Massey University and a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich, alongside ongoing studies in Employment Law at the University of Canterbury.
