EJ Enduka

EJ Enduka is a systems engineer at TekConcierge. Prior to their current position, they worked as an MSP support technician and a managed device engineer for Microsoft. EJ also spent three years working as an onsite technical engineer for Dell. EJ has experience working remotely with users to resolve technical problems, documenting resolutions steps, and configuring passwords and other information for various sites. EJ is also skilled in performing cloud data backups, supporting user profiles via Active Directory or Azure AD, and setting up mail systems. In their previous positions, EJ provided support for Windows 10, Office 365, and Surface products. EJ also has experience resetting operating systems and installing software.

EJ Enduka has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology Project Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. EJ is certified from ETEC, LLC in CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+. EJ is also certified from Scrum Alliance in Scrum Master Certified (SMC).
