Mandar Wadhavekar

Mandar Wadhavekar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mandar started their career as a Senior Consultant at Vector Consulting in 1997 and then worked as a Sr. Lead at Scient from 1999 to 2001. Mandar joined BoldTech Systems in 2001 as a Senior Consultant and later became the Vice President of Technology and Services at Extenprise from 2004 to 2007. Mandar then joined Tech Mahindra as a Senior PM, handling multiple accounts and projects. In 2008, they founded MedAptic Software (I) Pvt. Ltd. and served as the CEO and Director of Product Development until 2016. Mandar then worked as Vice President - Technology at Sminq from 2016 to 2017. Since 2017, Mandar has been self-employed, working as a Design Thinking Coach, Innovation, and Strategy Consultant.
