Thomas Kuhn

Thomas Kuhn, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering within the defense sector. Currently, in a dual role at Tekla Research Inc. since January 2014, Thomas oversees operational testing and evaluation for the KC-130J Harvest Hawk and serves as a consultant to various projects within NAVAIRSYSCOM. As the owner of KDTY Associates LLC since September 2017, Thomas specializes in government proposal writing and editing. Previous roles include providing acquisition consulting at Integrity Management Consulting, program management instruction at Defense Acquisition University, and serving as an acquisition professional and engineering test pilot with the United States Marine Corps. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business from North Central University, Prescott.
