P.J. Leslie

P.J. Leslie has a diverse work experience in various industries. P.J. began their career in 2005 as an Account Executive at Penco Construction, where they focused on business development and project management in natural disaster restoration and large-scale renovations. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as the Director of Construction at Tremont Fair, where they oversaw the acquisition process and managed the rehab process for multifamily properties. In 2010, P.J. owned and operated Latitudes Cafe, a small beach cafe in San Pedro, Belize, where they improved operations and eventually sold the business.

In 2011, they joined Texas Country Ford as the General Manager, and with their marketing efforts and exceptional customer service, they successfully turned around the business, increasing vehicle sales. From 2017 to 2019, P.J. worked at Blue Campus as the Director of Asset Management.

Currently, P.J. is employed at Tekmetric since 2018. P.J. initially served as the Director of Business Development, establishing relationships with leaders in the independent automotive repair industry and promoting Tekmetric software solutions. In 2022, they were promoted to the Head of Business Development and continues to contribute to the growth of Tekmetric.

P.J. Leslie completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy from Texas A&M University, from 2001 to 2004. Before that, they pursued an Associate's degree in Advertising at Northwood University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to their college education, they attended Hughes Springs High School from 1995 to 1999. No degree or field of study was provided for their high school education.
