Marianne Huuse has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as a Markedsrådgiver at Tekna since June 2007, where responsibilities include promoting the organization. Prior to this role, Marianne worked as a Markedskooridinator at HLF (Hørselshemmedes Landsforbund) from August 2000 to May 2007. Additional experience includes conducting market analysis at Max Havelaar in 1998 and performing market research for COWI during studies, as well as teaching fifth grade at Hallset barneskole. Marianne also served as a foredragsholder for Redd Barna, delivering 120 presentations on North-South issues in schools. An adventurous journey was undertaken as a cyclist for Cape to Cape, traveling 22,000 km from Norway to South Africa between September 1993 and December 1994. Educational backgrounds include a Deltid in Digital Marketing from Det Digitale Akademiet, an MBA in Strategic Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Diplommarkedsfører degree from Norges Markedshøgskole, among others.
