Todd Swartz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the packaging industry, particularly within healthcare markets. Currently serving as the Technical Business Development Manager at Tekni-Plex, Inc. since February 2016, Todd leads technical projects focused on innovative and sustainable solutions, collaborates on product submission dossiers, and delivers sustainable packaging solutions compliant with American Plastic Recyclers guidelines. Prior roles include Sr. Product Manager at Oliver-Tolas Healthcare Packaging, where Todd oversaw a $50 million annual materials budget and supported mergers and acquisitions, and Sr. Account Manager at Winpak Heat Seal Packaging, where Todd established a new business arm generating $7 million in net profits.
