Cheyenne Troyer is currently a Senior Consultant at Teknion Data Solutions. Cheyenne has over 20 years of experience in the field of data analytics and management. Cheyenne has a proven track record of developing software analytics strategies that help clients understand their data and make better decisions. Cheyenne is also an expert in quality control and business analysis.

Cheyenne Troyer began their career in 1996 as an Assistant Computer Lab Manager at Dallas Baptist University. In 2000, they transitioned to the Credit Protection Association as a Quality Control Manager/Business Analyst. During their 13 years at the Credit Protection Association, Cheyenne helped the company develop a successful software analytics strategy that ultimately led to increased sales and profitability.

In 2013, Cheyenne left the Credit Protection Association to join the Gwynn Group, Inc. as their Analytics Manager. During their six years at the Gwynn Group, Cheyenne helped the company continue to grow and prosper by designing insightful and understandable measurements that enable clients to clearly measure results, recognize key trends, and predict future behaviors.

In 2019, Cheyenne left the Gwynn Group to join Dallas Baptist University as their Data Analyst. Cheyenne currently works with the university to help them better understand their data and make informed decisions about their future.

Cheyenne Troyer has a Master of Science in Information Technology & Management from Dallas Baptist University. Cheyenne also has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Dallas Baptist University. Cheyenne is certified by IBM as an IBM Data Science Practitioner - Instructor and an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.
