Simon Frølich

Simon Frølich has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Simon began their career at Aarhus University, where they worked as a Presenter at Nanoshow from September 2010 to February 2012. Simon then continued their education and held various roles at the university, including Ph.D. Student in Nanoscience, Teaching Assistant, Co-supervisor, and Postdoc until December 2016.

From December 2016 to August 2019, Simon worked as a Consultant at Danish Technological Institute. After that, they took on the role of Product Manager (Faglig Leder) from August 2019 to August 2020. From August 2020 to April 2023, they became a Team Manager (Sektionsleder) at the same company. Currently, Simon is working as the Technology Director (Teknologichef) at Danish Technological Institute, starting in April 2023.

Simon Frølich's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at Aarhus University for their Bachelor of Science degree in Nanoscience. Simon completed this program in 2011. In the same year, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained a Master's degree in Materials Chemistry. From 2012 to 2016, Simon pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nanoscience at Aarhus University. In 2015, they also spent time as a Visiting Graduate Research Scholar at Harvard University, focusing on Adaptive Materials Technology.
