Laura Smith

Laura Smith has over 20 years of experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service & Logistics at Teknor Apex Company since June 2010. Previously, Laura held the position of Customer Service Manager at Connecticut Container from May 2009 to July 2010 and worked as Customer Service & Logistics Manager at Osterman & Company from June 2003 to January 2009, where responsibilities included managing customer service teams and coordinating logistics for international services. Laura began a career in customer service management at Stanley Works, where multiple teams were managed, and various productivity improvement projects were led. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
