Didier Nkundimana is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Adventist University of Central Africa. Didier began a career as a Help Desk Administrator at Rwanda Allied for Peace and Progress, where skills in troubleshooting and hardware/software configuration were developed. Subsequently, Didier served as a Technical Support Engineer at Rwandafoam Ltd, assisting in hardware maintenance and data backup. Following this, Didier took on the role of Desktop Support Engineer at ICM Rwanda, where a centralized tech support website was developed. More recently, Didier has worked as a Customer Success Manager at Tek Experts and currently manages a team of support engineers for Microsoft Dynamics at TeKnowledge, focusing on operational needs and performance enhancement.
