Patricia Ugbashi

Patricia Ugbashi is a Fintech Analyst at TeKnowledge since January 2023, responsible for providing technical support to resolve billing and payment inquiries for Microsoft Azure customers. Prior to this role, Patricia served as an Identity and Access Management Analyst at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. from May 2014 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing user identities and access permissions for the bank's core financial platforms. Patricia holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting with a Lower Credit and an Ordinary National Diploma in Accounting with an Upper Credit, both from Abia State Polytechnic in Aba, Abia State.
