Ayush Bhardwaj has over five years of experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. From 2015 onwards, Ayush worked as a Senior Recruiter at Tekshapers. In this role, they were responsible for placing high-end technical professionals in contract and full-time positions within the Information Technology industry. This involved negotiating pay rates, conducting reference checks, and presenting qualified candidates to clients. Ayush also utilized job portals to search and identify potential candidates.

Prior to this, Ayush worked at Tekshapers as a Team Lead from 2013 to 2014. In this position, they managed the recruitment and selection process, developed a daily hiring plan, and evaluated resumes against specifications set by clients. Ayush also implemented various sourcing methodologies such as headhunting, networking, and internet sourcing for cost-effective hiring. Before becoming a Team Lead, Ayush worked as a Recruiter at Tekshapers from 2012 to 2013.

Ayush Bhardwaj pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their primary education at Delhi Public School Kamptee Road Nagpur from the year 1997 to 2007, where they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate). Ayush then attended Seth Kesrimal Podwal Arts and Science college in Kamptee, from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a focus on Computer Science. Ayush continued their education at the same institution from 2009 to 2012 and obtained an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering.
