Konrad Grott

Konrad Grott is currently working as the Production Manager & Autonomous Maintenance Pillar Leader at Teksid since January 2021. Prior to this, Konrad held the same position at Teksid Iron Poland from November 2014 to January 2021. Konrad also has experience in quality assurance at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. and as an office worker at Komenda Powiatowa Policji w Cieszynie. Konrad has a background in machine operation and forklift operation from Obiettivo Lavoro Agenzia per il Lavoro- SPA (Włochy). Konrad is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at WSB University.
