Chad Cohen

Chad Cohen has been working in the recruiting industry since 2005. Chad began their career as a Technical Recruiter at PDS Technical Services. In 2007, they moved to Thompson Technologies as a Technical Recruiting Lead. In 2015, they joined TekStream Solutions as the Director of Recruiting. In this role, they lead teams and is responsible for the Full Life Cycle Recruiting of various Technical and Functional requirements for numerous clients, including Development, Infrastructure, ERP, and non-technical positions. Chad has also been responsible for hiring internal WebCenter/Fusion Middleware Consultants, Splunk Engineers, AWS Architects, PM/ED, and other roles for TekStream's internal Consulting practices.

Chad Cohen attended Virginia Tech from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
