Gambol Bosmans

Gambol Bosmans has worked in the recruiting and human resources field since 1996, starting as a Human Resources Manager at Telespectrum Worldwide, Inc. Gambol then worked as an HR Consultant/Recruiter at Daou-Sentient in 1997, followed by a Technical Recruiter role at Keane Federal Systems from 1998-2007. In 2007, they became a Professional Staff Recruiter at Pinpoint IT Services. From 2008-2010, they worked as a Senior Recruiting Contractor at Booz Allen Hamilton, followed by a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition - CYBER role at Raytheon Technical Services Company from 2011-2013. In 2013, they joined Pontoon Solutions (Formerly Beeline) as a Senior Recruiting Consultant, where they recruited cleared Arabic Analysts, Signals Intelligence Analysts, and Open Source Intel Analysts for Special Operations Community and OCONUS projects located in German and Africa. In 2018, they joined TekStream Solutions as a Sr. Recruiting Consultant.

Gambol Bosmans attended St. Mary's College of Maryland from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
