Bianca Berrios

Bianca Berrios, MBA, PMP, ITIL, serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at TekSynap since 2020, following a notable career in key leadership roles at various organizations. Previous positions include Chief Business Officer and Senior Vice President at The Ambit Group, as well as Director of Civilian Programs at Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC. Bianca began their professional journey at First Consulting Group and has held positions such as Senior Project Manager with the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia and Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Phacil, Inc. Academically, Bianca holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a BS in Management Information Systems from George Mason University, and an AA in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College. Additionally, Bianca has been involved in youth sports as a volunteer representative for Washington Area Girls Soccer.
