Alesha Christian

Alesha Christian currently serves as the Media & Entertainment National Lead for Data Analytics & Insights focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at TEKsystems since March 2015. Alesha emphasizes the importance of diverse workplaces that reflect societal values, contributing to safer and more productive environments. Previous roles include Account Manager and Recruiter at TEKsystems, as well as Store Manager at Starbucks from September 2010 to March 2015. Additional experience includes a cheerleading coach position at Bakersfield Christian High and various internships, including Public Policy Intern at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Special Events Intern at DVSAS. Alesha holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences with a focus on Communication Studies from Western Washington University, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Green River College.
