Craig Smith

Craig Smith is an accomplished Infrastructure Delivery Program Manager with over 23 years of experience in the MIS environment, predominantly in application and project management roles over the last 11 years. Currently, Craig serves as a consultant at HSBC Global Systems Sales and Distribution through TEKsystems, providing oversight for various infrastructure projects. Previously, Craig has successfully managed relationships with outside and offshore vendors, developed testing strategies leading to minimal defects, and orchestrated complex technical transitions, including significant projects with organizations like Motorola and Discover Financial Services. Craig earned a BS in Business Management from Roosevelt University and has a strong proficiency in PMBOK and SDLC methodologies.
