With over a decade of experience in the technology and talent services industry, John has developed a strong capability in addressing the complexities of inclusive workforce creation. They have previously held roles such as Director of Marketplace Inclusion and Manager of Marketplace Inclusion, focusing on advancing inclusive hiring and culture strategy. In addition to their current position, John serves on the boards of Experience Futures and Blacks In Technology, contributing to social impact initiatives in the sector. John is also pursuing their education at the State University of New York at Albany.
