Mike Farasy

Mike Farasy has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the IT staffing industry, currently serving as the Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region at TEKsystems since November 2014. In this role, Mike oversees the strategy, direction, and execution of sales and operational goals across 17 offices, managing a large team that includes 3 Sales Managers, 5 Business Operations Managers, and over 5,800 consultants. Previously, Mike held the position of Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region and served as Director of Business Operations, where responsibilities included managing the South Florida market and facilitating successful local branch mergers. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Account Manager, developing key accounts in the Sacramento market. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University.
