Nicholas Dugandzic has extensive experience in recruitment and sports management. At TEKsystems from July 2021 to October 2024, Nicholas served as a Specialized Lead Recruiter II, focusing on building relationships with IT professionals and aligning them with relevant job opportunities, previously holding the position of Specialized Lead Recruiter I and Technical Recruiter. Prior experience includes roles at Marian University of Fond du Lac, where Nicholas worked as a Public Announcer and co-captained the baseball team, as well as various internships, including with the Milwaukee Milkmen and Starbird Concrete.
