Randa Williams-Ward

Randa Williams-Ward, HDI-PM, currently serves as the Lead ITIL Process Design Specialist at TEKsystems since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as IT ServiceNow Administrator and Service Management Analyst at Dollar General, where Randa was also an ITIL v. 4 Certified Specialist. Randa has held senior positions at StackPath as Sr. ITIL Change/Release Manager, Wells Fargo as Sr. Business Process Specialist, and Discount Tire Company as Sr. ITIL Process Manager. Earlier in Randa's career, roles included ITIL Change/Release Manager at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange. Randa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services/Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2006 and 2010.
