Shannon Kinney

Shannon Kinney is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in corporate recruitment. At TEKsystems from November 2020 to June 2022, Shannon served as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, managing the recruitment process for corporate positions and ensuring effective communication with internal and external clients. Prior to this role, Shannon was a Corporate Recruiter, overseeing the full cycle hiring process. From August 2014 to October 2020, Shannon worked at Aerotek as a Strategic Recruiting/Strategic Delivery Internal Recruiter, focusing on sourcing diverse candidates for field offices, and as a Clinical Recruiter, facilitating candidate engagement and talent pipeline development.
