Sharon Brown is currently the Head of Practice for Financial Crime at TEKsystems, where they lead risk and security initiatives across EMEA, collaborating on solutions for AML, compliance, and risk management. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Aston Carter, KPMG UK, and Huntswood, managing large teams and overseeing complex financial crime operations. Sharon earned a BA in Leadership and Management from The Open University between 2011 and 2014, demonstrating a commitment to strategic and results-driven leadership in the compliance sector.
