Shawna Majidansari

Shawna Majidansari is an accomplished professional in the fields of account management, business development, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as an Account Manager in the Data Analytics & Insights practice at TEKsystems since February 2025, Shawna specializes in building long-term relationships with major clients in the semiconductor and technology sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of the Youth Care Initiative, Shawna's efforts focus on enhancing youth access to education and healthcare through sustainable programs. Previous roles include Business Development Representative at Nerdio and Organizational Excellence Business Associate at UC San Diego, where Shawna optimized business processes and enhanced departmental communication. Shawna holds dual degrees in International Studies with a focus on International Business and Cognitive Science with a specialization in Machine Learning and Neural Computation from UC San Diego.
