Ashley Nagle

Ashley Nagle is a seasoned professional in business development within the clinical research sector, currently serving as a Senior Director at Tekton Research since October 2025. Previously, Ashley held the position of Director of Business Development & Partnerships at Power, focusing on patient participation in clinical trials, and prior to that, led business development initiatives at ProPharma with a specialization in CRO and functional solutions for a diverse array of therapeutic areas, including oncology and infectious diseases. Early career experiences include roles in life sciences recruitment at Ascent Services Group, as well as teaching positions in English and ESL within the Chicago Public Schools system. Ashley holds a B.A. in Spanish Education and TESOL from Illinois State University, complemented by study at Universidad de Granada.
