Bill Kelly

Bill Kelly is a seasoned Hardware Design Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and electronic systems design. Currently working at Tektronix Communications and NETSCOUT since September 2012, Bill has specialized in designing ATCA-based network probes for the telecom market. Previously, Bill served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at 3M Gas & Flame Detection, where the focus was on transitioning wireless product designs. Past roles include Senior Hardware Design Engineer positions at AudioCodes, Netrake, and Wind River, along with a tenure as a Senior Application Engineer at Texas Instruments, where innovative designs for Ethernet Switches were developed. Bill's career began at Raytheon, contributing to military communication hardware design. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
