Tom Dillon has over three decades of experience in technical support and program management, currently serving as Technical Support Manager at NETSCOUT since October 2011, overseeing global teams in Dublin, Singapore, India, and Redmond, focusing on production support and process improvement. Previously, Tom worked at Microsoft from 1995 to July 2011 as a Senior Support Manager and Service Owner, managing global teams for core licensing ERP systems and leading various project management roles, including eCommerce implementation in Europe. Prior to Microsoft, Tom held positions at GE Information Services as an Analyst Programmer and Team Leader, developing eCommerce solutions, and began a career in education as a school teacher at Oatlands College. Tom holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science, Mathematics, and General Science, and a Higher Diploma in Education from University College Dublin.
