Eric Pieters

Eric Pieters serves as the Sr. Director of Global Service Engineering at Tektronix since August 1994, focusing on the integration of robotics and automation tools into global labs, alongside responsibilities in Quality and Metrology. Previous leadership roles include Sr. Director of Operations EMEA, overseeing multiple service centers across Tektronix, Fluke, Keithley, and BEHA Amprobe, and managing EMEA sales operations, customer solutions, and logistics. Eric's earlier experience encompasses building the Tektronix Customer Solution/Contact Center in Schaffhausen and managing various service sales teams. Prior to Tektronix, Eric worked at Telefusion sa as Service Manager, leading a team for four years. Eric holds an education credential from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and an electronics degree from Koninklijk Atheneum Dendermonde.
