Jessica Grafeen

Jessica Grafeen is a Hardware Engineering Manager at Tektronix since November 2021, where responsibilities include hardware design for performance oscilloscopes and sustaining support for arbitrary waveform generators. Additionally, as an Adjunct Faculty member at Portland State University since June 2017, Jessica delivers lectures and prepares course content on digital circuits for undergraduate students. Previous experience includes work as a Hardware Engineer II at APCON from March 2014 to November 2021, where Jessica led project planning and schematic design for high-speed network monitoring equipment and coordinated with cross-functional teams. Jessica's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature/Dance from the University of California, Berkeley.
